Where can I download my guide/plan?
All guides will be sent as an downloadable PDF file to the email provided at checkout.
If you have purchased the challenge, you’ll receive an email with instructions to log into my app, Mo’tivate, where your challenge and workouts will automatically unlock under your account.
I haven’t received an email. Now what?
If the plan/guide is not located in your inbox, please check your Spam/Junk folder. If you still cannot locate it, feel free to contact support@mo-tivatellc.com. Please allow up to 72 hours for a response.
Refunds & Exchanges?
We do not offer any refund or exchanges. All sales are final.
How long are my guides valid for download after purchase?
30 days.
